Description:
A fray proof, non crimp, non stretch, unidirectional glass heating tape that is easy to handle and process.
Applications:
ThermoTape can be used in many industrial applications where heat is required. Typical applications include pipe lagging, GRP preform moulding and as a component in more complex heating systems.
Standard Products:
TT/1400/16 - a 1400ohm/m, 94g/sq. m., 16mm wide tape consisting of 90% glass and 10% wire by weight. TT/1400/16/P - as above with a protective surround. TT/2850/15 - a 2850ohm/m, 73g/sq. m., 15mm wide tape consisting of 95% glass and 5% wire by weight. TT/2850/15/P - as above with a protective surround.
Options:
Widths available from 15mm to 50mm. Resistance per metre can be adjusted to suit customer requirements. Weight can both increased or decreased as required by adjusting the glass content. Protective glass overbraid cover.
