Product Development

Culzean Textile Solutions can apply its rich industrial experience to a client's individual problem and tailor an individual textile solution. Culzean Textile Solutions has an excellent success rate in this field and believes in getting samples right with the minimum of expense or time.

We have a wide range of textile machinery and materials in stock, we are experienced at processing natural yarns, polymers, ceramics, glass, carbon, Kevlar(tm) and metal wires. We are always willing to experiment with new technologies which may be suitable for our clients.

At the end of a successful product develpment, Culzean Textile Solutions will normally transfer all the expertise to the client or a nominated third party to enable bulk manufacture. Culzean Textile Solutions can also offer a competitive manufacturing service if required but this is not a requirement of the development process.
